ABOUT
My name is Nadine Vandenburg
I am a person, a mother, an educational consultant, a business professional, and an immigrant who came to Canada 15 years ago with the dream of giving my child the best education possible—and I found a way to do that.
During my journey, I built a career in education, professionally promoting educational institutions for both Canadian and international students. I explored numerous academic programs, contributed to the development of several educational initiatives, and made education in Canada a fundamental part of my life.
I’ve traveled across the country, from the Pacific to the Atlantic, even witnessing the northern lights, all with the goal of gaining deeper insight into the educational systems and institutions across various provinces. I have led numerous seminars and webinars, answering thousands of questions related to education in Canada.

THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 12,000 TO 15,000 DISTINCT PROFESSIONS WORLDWIDE

I found the way to give my child a great education, but on my way, I met hundreds of parents who weren’t as fortunate as me. I met parents who don’t know where to find the right information, I met parents who don’t speak English or French and as a result, they cannot get access to information. Canada is a unique country with an advanced yet highly complex educational system. There are significant differences between the provincial education systems. The process of selecting courses at both the high school and undergraduate levels presents a significant challenge, often leaving students and parents confused and uncertain about the best academic path to follow. The University of Toronto alone offers 700 undergraduate and 200 graduate programs. When you consider that it is commonly estimated there are approximately 12,000 to 15,000 distinct professions worldwide, it becomes clear why teenagers, new immigrants or individuals unfamiliar with the education system or labor market often find it overwhelming and difficult to navigate and can feel lost.
